From Spanish Teacher to Career Coach, my journey has not been linear. I’ve embraced every version of myself, shed every layer of ego, and have tried so many different healing techniques and practices in my own journey that now my purpose is to share that with you, invite you into the healing space, invite you into your healing era.

My favorite experience at the Fall Harvest Energy Retreat was the crystal bowl sound bath. I felt I was traveling through the oceans and among the singing whales. I was truly transported, it was gentle, nourishing, restorative. I was on cloud 9 for the rest of the retreat and could be fully present for the remaining sessions. The food was delicious, having a private chef on cite certainly elevated the experience.
